Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept select insurance plans. We also offer self-pay options for clients who prefer to pay out of pocket. Please contact us to confirm whether your insurance provider is accepted.
Do you offer telehealth sessions?
Yes. All therapy sessions are offered via secure, confidential telehealth for clients located in Louisiana and Texas.
What ages do you work with?
We provide therapy services for adolescents and adult women.
What issues do you help with?
We support clients with anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, trauma, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and personal growth challenges.
How do I schedule an appointment?

What is a Good Faith Estimate?
If you are not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for services, in accordance with the No Surprises Act.
How long are therapy sessions?
Sessions typically last between 45–50 minutes.

Yes. Your privacy is important to us. All sessions are conducted in a secure and confidential manner, in accordance with professional and legal standards.
